Item Condition Requirements

  • Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused products in their original packaging with all seals intact.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used sprays.

Inspection & Approval

  • If approved, we’ll notify you and process your refund promptly.

Refund Method

  • Refunds for eligible returns will be issued as store credit, which you can use for future purchases at Repelza.

  • If you received a product that was damaged or leaking upon delivery, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. In such cases, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or send a replacement as per your preference.
